The Certified Title Assurance program is consultation based and designed specifically for buyers as part of the closing process in EnergyNet.com auctions, sealed bids, and negotiated transactions – guaranteed to be completed and delivered prior to the deadline to identify and address defects under EnergyNet’s buyer/seller agreements or applicable PSA.
The Certified Title Assurance program renders title advice at the marketable standard as to title fitness and merchantability of the properties by licensed attorneys and/or certified due diligence specialists. The reporting can be delivered in the form of targeted acquisition title opinions, lending opinions, customized due diligence reports, or a combination thereof, all of which carry Lloyd’s of London’s surety backing.
